Transportation

Back to Basic Needs Homepage

Mobility is considered as the basic human activity that enables people to reach goods, services and to get involved in a range of outdoor social, educational and economic activities (Urry, 2007). Greater mobility expands alternatives for housing, employment and other opportunities; Therefore, LAHC Administrators recognize the impact, the lack of transportation plays in a student’s success or lack thereof. We are actively seeking resources such as low or no cost Metro passes that may reduce this barrier for students.
