Hello LAHC Campus Community,
October is Filipino American History Month, a time to celebrate and honor the history, culture, and contributions of Filipino Americans across the United States. This month invites us to recognize the resilience, leadership, and community spirit that continue to shape our campuses and society today.
In celebration, the APASS office invites you to join our events highlighting Filipino culture, identity, and history. These programs are open to all students, faculty, and staff who wish to learn, connect, and celebrate together.
Mixed Race: A Talk Story – October 21st, 1:30PM-3PM, GC 104
Join us for a panel discussion with students, alumni, and faculty on their mixed-race identities and experiences.
We hope you'll join us in celebrating the vibrant stories and lasting contributions of the Filipino American community.
