Our Mission

Special Programs and Services (SP&S) is a program that is designated to ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to all of the educational offerings at Los Angeles Harbor College. The program facilitates equal opportunity through the provision of appropriate support services, curriculum, instruction and adaptive technology.

Program Eligibility

Individuals with mobility, visual, hearing, speech, learning, psychological, or other health impairments may benefit from available services.
