- Turn in your LAHC application at Admissions (AD 100) Monday-Thursday 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and sign up for the Assessment and Orientation. Assessment results are important tools for you to enter the proper English and Mathematical levels at Harbor College. The right placement saves you time. money and frustration. Your results will be valid for two years from the date taken. Orientation will give you an introduction to the college and the programs and services offered.
- Make an appointment with a counselor and bring your assessment results. Appointments are available for both day and evening students. Sign up at the Information Desk in the Administration lobby or call (310) 233-4230, Monday-Thursday, 8a.m. -7p.m. & Friday 8a.m. - 4p.m.
- Enroll in one of the courses or workshops designed to help you get the most out of your time at Harbor College. Attend the Campus Orientation to become more familiar with the campus.
- Determine your course load and check with your counselor to make sure you are taking the right courses.
- Register for classes in person at AD 138, online, or STEP telephone registration at (310) 605-0505, for more information see class schedule or college catalog.
- Pay your fees as soon as possible. You can pay in person at the Cashier\'s Office in AD 138B (310)233-4212.
- Get your student I.D. card in the Seahawk Center second floor. The first I.D. card is free and $2.00 for lost/stolen cards.
