The Admissions and Records staff are part of the Student Success Team. They will process your Admissions application, give you a student identification number (ID), and give you a date to register in your classes.

The Admissions and Records Office is also the place where you can request your transcript, get verification of enrollment, process add and drop requests during the first two weeks of the semester, and file petitions.

You will know the Student Success Team members on campus by their distinctive blue or yellow t-shirts! They are here to help.

Adding a Class

Before the semester begins, students may add classes which still have available space by using the telephone or internet registration system. After classes begun, students may also add classes which still have available space by obtaining an add card from the instructor and turning it in to the Admission Office. This period is also limited.

Withdrawing From a Class.

Students may also drop classes by phone or internet. A student can also by submitting an official withdrawal drop card to the Admissions Office. Failure to complete this process will result in a "W" or "F" grade recorded on the student's academic record. Failure to drop by certain deadlines means that fees will be owed. Instructors may exclude a student, but this is not an official withdrawal or "drop" and all fees are still owed. In order to receive a refund, the classes must have been dropped on time.

NOTE: All scheduled deadlines are available in schedule.
