Mon through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm
Students planning to attend Los Angeles Harbor College under one of the Veterans Educational Benefits programs must report to the Veterans Office, located in SSA 114, to pick up the necessary paperwork. This should be done at least one month prior to registration. After picking up paperwork, students will be required to make an appointment with an educational counselor to complete an educational plan. The student must submit a transcript for all previous college work before starting the second semester at LAHC. Veteran students eligible for education benefits will only be paid for education program approved by the VA . Please visit this link for a list.
You will need to find the click "here" link in the first section, and then enter Los Angeles Harbor College when prompted, press enter, then click on our name, then "programs" next to "Institutional Profile". The Institution of Higher Learning link will take you to a list of our transfer and degree programs. The Non-College Degree link will take you to a list of our Certificate programs. You can always come to the computer lab in the Financial Aid/Veterans Office in SSA 114 if you want some help with this.
Remember, as Veterans, you are eligible for priority registration. Contact the Admissions Office if this has not yet been set up for you.
