Requesting Official Transcript

Los Angeles Harbor College has appointed the National Clearinghouse as the designated agent for requesting official electronic and hard copy transcripts on behalf of LAHC. You can request official transcripts directly through MyCollege.laccd or through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Official printed transcripts are produce by the college and made available for pick up or traditional US postal mail. Electronic Transcripts are delivered using e-Transcript California and or/ National Student Clearinghouse.

The PDF transcript that is produced using e-Transcript California or the National Student Clearinghouse service contains the identical information as the printed transcript and can be certified as unaltered by uploading the file to the company's website that is provided during the delivery process. Check the links below to verify your receiving institution is a partner with e-Transcript California  or the National Student Clearinghouse.

Both entities have been granted the authority to deliver all either type of transcript requests on behalf of the College. You can order official transcripts anytime, 24 hours a day.

Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to the District have been paid and any outstanding holds have been cleared. Students should verify that all final grades, grades changes, and degrees have posted by viewing their unofficial transcripts on MyPortal before placing their order. The Admissions and Records Office has no control of when semester grades are posted. The posting of grades is controlled by professors ONLY. 

Students Have Three (3) Options To Request Transcripts:


Login to your MyCollege.laccd account and select order transcript. Follow the instructions and review the recipient information before completing the transaction.


Students can come to the Admissions and Records office and order transcripts to be delivered directly to the recipient or to pickup their transcript in person.


Please note the following for pickup orders:

  • A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of ordering.
  • Fees for Transcript must be paid at the campus Business Office
    • A third party (Proxy) can pickup a transcript on a student's behalf. The specified Proxy must be able to provide a valid photo ID.


If you wish to mail in your transcript request, you may mail in a request for official transcripts that includes the following information:


- Full First Name- Last Name
- Other Last Name (if attended under other name)
- Student ID number or Social Security number
- Date of Birth
- Current Address
- Phone Number
- Indicate IGETC - CSU Certification, if applicable
- Where the transcript is being mailed to
- Number of transcripts being requested


Send appropriate payment (if not requesting first two free official transcripts), sign the request, and mail it to:

We do not accept faxed transcript requests; you may only choose one of the three options above.
