"In that Harbor College is facing many ongoing issues – including construction, budget, staffing, management decisions, enrollment management, morale, and communication – therefore, to hear
concerns and address these issues, the Academic Senate requests a free form town hall meeting, to include the Chancellor and Board of Trustees members, early in the Fall 2006 semester."
