2.   Administrator Evaluation Panels 

                       1.  The Senate recommends that administrator evaluation panels comprise

                       an equal number of faculty and administrators, with the faculty membership

                       divided equally between Senate and AFT representatives

3.   Senate vice presidential reassigned time

                        The Senate recommends that its vice president be accorded .2 release time

      for chairing the Senate’s Academic Policy and Planning Committee or the equivalent,

and for representing the Senate at the State Academic Senate semester plenary

      sessions, on the District Academic Senate, on DAS EPAC, on Division Council, and

                        /or in equivalent respects
