  • You need to have an admissions application on file.  Click here to apply.
  • If you do not remember your Student ID number please click here. 
  • If you are a Veteran with forms to complete, contact the Info Desk at (310) 233-4230 to schedule a 1 hour appointment.  (Your request for an hour appointment can not be accommodated with the online appointment system.)
  • If you are "Subject to Dismissal" and have a "hold" on your record; this appointment system can not handle your request.  Please contact the Info Desk at (310) 233-4230.
