College Facilities Bill Englert
Responsible for administrative direction of personnel engaged in the
maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment.
Insures proper operation of building electrical / mechanical systems.
Confers with administrators and other officials, and advises them as to
the approximate cost of all types of maintenance, capital outlay,
scheduled maintenance, and hazardous substance removal work. Oversees
Prop A and AA projects as a campus representative. |

Responsible for entire custodial services to campus buildings and
grounds; transfer and relocation assistance within campus; all campus and
special event coordination and set-up; supervises, schedules, coordinates
and reviews all custodial activities and functions for multiple custodial
staff for the campus.
