Strategic Planning - Preliminary Review of Goals and Objectives

Dr. Hudson distributed the draft of the Goals and Objectives put together by the Strategic Planning Taskforce. It was recommended that the ampersand not be used in the title, but GOALS AND STRATEGIES instead. This document should be shared with the constituencies and brought back two meetings from now. It was requested that Mr. Peachy, Dr. Hudson, and Mr. Stanbery meet with the ASO Officers to discuss the draft.

The groups should be ready to vote on the draft on Thursday, April 5^th. The Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be distributed before the next meeting.

The draft of the Shared Governance document, Version 4, will also be distributed before the next meeting so that it can be discussed.

The next PAC Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 5^th.
