David Hall is the winner of our school the Read-to-Achieve contest, reading a total over 15,000 minutes. As a result of his achievement, the Los Angeles Clippers came to our school on February 13, 2006 to give David a very special reward. I got the privilege to interview him about the Read-To-Achieve contest: Web Design: Why did you read so much? David Hall: I really wanted those Clippers tickets. WD: What motivated you to start reading? DH: I found that one book that really opened my mind to reading. WD: Are there any tips you would like to give out to help people read? DH: Just take your time. WD: How do you feel now that you won? DH: I feel relieved. There you have it! We have quite a bookworm at our school.
