VI.    Retention Strategies

A recent District student success meeting looked at retention and strategies for success.  The needs of special groups need to be reviewed.

VII.    Program Review Update

Program review is a continual process that needs to be revisited along with Unit Plans.  Our Unit Plans and program reviews need to merge.  It was noted that student services did an exemplary job on program review in preparation for accreditation.  Athletics noted they will be going through a comprehensive program review in October, 2006.
