8:30 – 9:00 Check-In & Continental Breakfast

 

9:00 – 9:30 Welcome / Overview Abbie Patterson

·         The accreditation team will be on campus March 20-23.

·         The timelines for creation of the Student Equity Plan and Student Services Program Review were reviewed.

·         The Student Services websites are being worked on and improved.

·         The college vision, mission, values and goals for student success were reviewed.

·         The college SLO’s were reviewed.

·         Everyone was encouraged to attend the open forum on accreditation February 27.

·         The student survey will be distributed 2 weeks prior to the team visit. 800-1,000 surveys. Questions are to be sent to Rhea Estoya and Dr. Bossler.

 

9:30 – noon Program Review Reports All Managers

·         All Student Services departments have undergone a program review process. The areas appear to be comfortable with the process and the format.

·         Each area presented a 5-15 minute program review presentation on their respective areas.

NOON – 1:00 LUNCH

 

1:00 – 1:30 Student Services Cluster Committee accepted the Program Reviews from the Student Services Departments.

 

1:30-2:30 Group worked on ‘Degree of Goal Attainment’. This segment is to be added to the program reviews and resubmitted to A. Patterson and D. Tull. Program Reviews will be on the website for accreditation. They are a work in progress.
