Food Service on Campus
Ms. Fasteau observed that food service is deficient or nonexistant on campus for certain days or time periods. Unanimous consent to request the vice president for administrative services to allow catering trucks on campus on appropriate times or days.

International Baccalaureate
Unanimous consent to endorse the proposed board rule change as included in the meeting packet. [See addenda.]
Competency Requirements
Ms. J. Smith introduced the proposed board rule change as distributed, resulting in some discussion including a concern that certain disciplines offering math courses have apparently not been sufficiently consulted in developing the proposed language, and that adopting a district-wide score minimum for English competency requires the prior addressing of more basic issues.
Library TTIP Funding
Mr. Lee drew the attention of the ASCCC and board of governors resolutions supporting periodical data base and electronic information resource funding. There being no procedural objection, there was Unanimous consent to endorse the board of governors resolution and forward it to CPC. [See addenda.]
