Minutes

 

Attendance:  Abbie Patterson, Ivan Clarke, Helen Skums, Joshua Abarbanel, Carla Mussa-Muldoon, Ann Tomlinson, Linda Spink

 

 

  1. The publication guidelines were reviewed and agreed upon for distribution.  We agreed to add a sentence in the portion about the logo to include the amount of space that needs to be left clear from the logo.  Josh Abarbanel will email Dr. Tomlinson the final wording for inclusion.   It was agreed these would be reviewed at least once a year if not more often.
  2. The Web guidelines were agreed to and finalized for distribution.  Again, review and updating will continue
  3. VP Abbie Patterson gave a report on the 55th birthday party.  See attached notes.
    1. Discussion ensued over a Trustee’s request to invite 50 community leaders.  It was agreed we wanted to stay to our original plan of not including the outside community.  Dr. Spink will relay that message.
    2. The seal design was reviewed and agreed upon for printing for the 55th anniversary. Dr. Tomlinson and Josh Abarbanel will follow up on these.
  4. Josh Abarbanel was elected co chair.
