CALL TO ORDER

Luis Rosas called the meeting to order at 2:50 p.m. in Conference Room 219.

The question was raised whether taking actions at this meeting would be technically proper under the Brown Act given the actual date on which the agenda was provided.  Mr. Rosas ruled that no binding actions would be taken over the objection of any one present.

The Achievement Tracking Matrix and the Proposed Topic Focus for Fall ’09 Meetings handouts were distributed.

The achievement tracking matrix for the first several planning agenda items was discussed and several adjustments were suggested.
