This culinary genius has cooked for royalty and presidents, has owned and operated several world-class restaurants, has authored dozens of cookbooks on classic French cooking and lighter contemporary cooking, and is a respected faculty member of several East Coast universites. This is John\'s favorite chef. "Happy Cooking!"
