This is to advise you that Beta Construction will be working under the supervision of G2000 on Saturday, 11/21/09, between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm. They are preparing concrete forms for the pours commencing on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. A construction event notice will follow under separate email.

This is a Construction Event to notify you and all concerned that on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, November 18, 19 and 20, 2009, there will be concrete and heavy pumping equipment on the New Child Development Center site.

The purpose of their presence is to pour the remaining walls and site work on the site.

The trucks and equipment will be entering the site on "L" Street at the Pedestrian Turn-Around area, just west of the Student Services Building, and pulling onto the site.

There will be ample flag people available to maintain a safe flow of pedestrian and vehicle traffic as the heavy vehicles are pulling on and off the site.

Arcadis will maintain a presence to ensure all safety requirements are being met. There should not be any impact to the smooth operation of classes or business.

On Friday, November 20, 2009 from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, we will be having multiple contractors on site, in the Northeast Academic and Student Services Buildings, to perform warranty related repairs and corrections.

The areas affected will be ALL Public and Staff Restrooms, Hallway Doors and Faculty Office Doors, and Mechanical and Plumbing Rooms.

All contractors will be badged with the Arcadis Visitor badges at all times. Arcadis will maintain a presence throughout the duration of repairs overseeing the safety and security to the building.

There will be no interruption to the smooth operation of classes and business being conducted. This is merely a Construction Event.
