Though not actually part of LAHC\'s English department, it would be awfully nice if he were. This culinary genius has cooked for royalty and presidents, has owned and operated several world-class restaurants, has authored dozens of cookbooks on classic French cooking and lighter contemporary cooking, and is a respected faculty member of several East Coast universites. This is John\'s favorite chef. "Happy Cooking!"
