Learn to:
Ø understand theories and principles of small group communication.
Ø Improve interpersonal skills in managing group situations by applying the knowledge of small group to a variety of situations.
Ø recognize how members of small groups influence one another through their communicative behaviors.
Ø examine processes such as problem solving, conflict resolution, and group cohesiveness as they operate in small groups.
