Real estate
The Real Estate program is offered through the Business Division. It is designed to meet the needs of persons currently employed in the Real Estate field and for individuals who want to enter the field. This program is of interest to those who either are now, or hope to become salespersons, brokers, appraisers, escrow officers, property managers, and community developers.
We offer the following options:
Business Administration Transfer Degree
This degree program of 70 units prepares students to transfer to a Business program at a 4 year university. Electives may be taken in Real Estate to fulfill degree requirements.
Associate of Science in Real Estate.
This degree program of 61 units or more prepares students to enter the workplace directly or advance in their current position.
Real Estate Career Certificate
This certificate is granted in conjunction with the California Division of Real Estate and the California Real Estate Association.
Real Estate Certificates of Completion
These are short programs of less than 18 units.
