COMPUTER INFORMATION SYSTEMS
The Computer Information Systems (CIS) program is offered through the Business Division.
Students with Computer Information Systems training are prepared for positions in: systems analysis; systems integration; network administration; software development and programming; computer support; systems administration; database administration; and web site design and administration.
We offer the following options:
Business Administration Transfer Degree
This degree program of 70 units prepares students to transfer to a CIS program at a 4 year university
Computer Information Systems A.S. Degree
This degree program of 60 units or more prepares students to enter the workplace directly or advance in their current position.
Computer Information Systems Certificates
These programs of 30 units or less provides the student with minimum skills training necessary for entry-level positions or advancement.
